My name is Teri Zablocki, and I grew up in St. Cloud, MN. I am the HR Manager for Zablocki Roofing and I developed the Human Resources Department, which is a huge accomplishment. I am skilled in many areas including Compensation and Benefits administration, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and Organizational and Employee Development. I am always striving to provide top-notch customer service to our employees and am continuing to learn and grow in my position. When I am not busy with my career, I delight in hanging out with my husband and two daughters, playing with our cat and dog, crafting, and card games.

With his vast experience, there are very few roof problems that he has not encountered before. He has been called on to help find issues that others have not been able to find. His favorite question in the office is “ do you think, or do you know that is the correct answer?” He challenges all of us to find better solutions, he is an innovator and likes to come up with more ways to serve our clients. Teri's Free Time
In Shane’s downtime, he spends time with his wife (Teri) and daughters (Emma and Paige). He also enjoys gathering with friends and family, working out, snowmobiling, sports, yard work and discussions.
